Missouri Middle School Association
Welcome to the Missouri Middle School Association Web site. We have made some improvements and we are constantly updating! Please send any suggestions to mmsa.mo@hotmail.com and thanks!The MMSA, founded in 1976 and affiliated with the National Middle School Association, is committed to serving middle level educators from across the state of Missouri. The membership encompasses teachers, administrators, supervisors, parents, professors, and individuals all sharing a common interest--the education of early adolescents.
The next MMSA Annual Conference will be September 17-19, 2010The conference evaluations have always indicated that the MMSA conference is one of the best many educators attend. So why has our attendance dropped in recent years? The Executive Board asked many members and as a result of those members telling us that the March conference dates conflict with their Spring Break the Executive Board began to look for earlier dates for the conference. The above dates were the best ones available. As a result, many deadlines have changed. So check the forms and notices about the conference on this site for more information. Make your requests to attend our conference to your Professional Development Committee or whomever you need to check with but get it done so you can attend the best middle level professional development opportunity in the Midwest. |
